Ram Ramisetty has over 22 years of international experience across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), the United States, Europe, India, and Guyana. He specializes in integrating practical sustainability, environmental compliance, and circular economy solutions into large-scale infrastructure planning, design, and delivery to achieve measurable environmental, social, and economic outcomes.

An environmental and civil engineering specialist, Ram holds advanced degrees in Environmental Engineering and Civil Engineering and has completed doctoral research focused on construction waste management and circularity. He has led sustainability and environmental integration for landmark developments including NEOM, Dubai Al Maktoum International Airport, Dubai Metro, Riyadh Metro, and major municipal and infrastructure programs, as well as internationally funded infrastructure initiatives in Guyana. His work consistently bridges global best practices with regional realities in regulatory, financing, and delivery.

Ram brings deep expertise in applying World Bank Group and International Finance Corporation (IFC) Environmental and Social Frameworks, including IFC Performance Standards, World Bank Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Guidelines, and lender-driven Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) requirements. He has supported infrastructure projects in aligning with World Bank–IFC sustainability, environmental, and social risk management standards, ensuring bankability, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder engagement across diverse geographies.

Extensively certified across leading international sustainability and environmental frameworks, Ram holds credentials including LEED Accredited Professional, Envision Sustainability Professional, Mostadam Accredited Professional, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 Lead Auditor, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Carbon Management Assessor (Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment, United Kingdom). She brings over two decades of global experience across India, the UK, and Japan in sustainability strategy, ESG integration, and climate resilience, helping organizations embed sustainability as a driver of long-term value, governance excellence, and measurable impact.

A University of Oxford alumna with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Earth Sciences, Dr. Shashi has worked extensively with industry leaders across manufacturing, real estate, infrastructure, analytics, and agribusiness sectors. She has supported organizations such as Hero MotoCorp, Mu Sigma, and Brigade Group in embedding ESG into corporate strategy—covering materiality and stakeholder engagement, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)–aligned sustainability reporting, climate risk and resilience assessments, and board-level sustainability integration. Her work is recognized for translating complex global frameworks into practical, decision-ready strategies that leadership teams can implement with confidence.

Dr. Shashi brings particular strength in advising organizations operating in or expanding into the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), especially the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where sustainability expectations are rapidly evolving. She helps enterprises align with national sustainability visions, regulatory expectations, investor requirements, and global benchmarks—while ensuring relevance to local economic, environmental, and social contexts. Her advisory approach supports companies in moving from fragmented initiatives to coherent sustainability systems that enhance governance quality, risk management, operational resilience, and market credibility.

Certified across leading international frameworks—including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), and the Integrated Reporting Framework—Dr. Shashi also brings deep expertise in sustainability capacity building. She is a nationally recognized educator and serves as curriculum lead and principal trainer for large-scale climate literacy and green skills programs, strengthening institutional readiness and leadership capability.

Dr. Suhasini (Susie) Ramisetty-Mikler is a Principal Advisor at Solara Consultants, bringing over two decades of academic leadership, federally funded research, and global public health expertise to Solara’s sustainability and impact advisory practice. She is a Research Associate Professor of Population Health Sciences (Epidemiology) at Georgia State University, USA, and a Fulbright Scholar who has taught and conducted research on women’s health at Al Faisal University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, contributing to capacity building in public health and research methods.

Holding a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Child Development and a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Epidemiology, Dr. Susie brings strong methodological and analytical rigor to sustainability advisory. Her expertise spans epidemiology, biostatistics, research study design, psychometrics, survey development, and advanced quantitative and qualitative data analysis. She has secured and led major research programs funded by the United States National Institutes of Health (NIH), applying rigorous scientific standards to population health, vulnerability assessment, and outcome evaluation.

Through her teaching and research engagement in Saudi Arabia, Dr. Susie brings regionally grounded insight into demographic trends, health equity, youth and community development, and social determinants of health—critical dimensions of sustainability in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) context. He specialises in translating sustainability frameworks into implementable, performance-driven solutions across the built environment and infrastructure sectors.

Magdy holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ain Shams University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cairo University, equipping him with deep technical expertise in building systems, energy performance, and electro-mechanical integration. His engineering background underpins his ability to assess, design, and optimise sustainability strategies that are technically sound, cost-effective, and operationally viable.

He is extensively certified across leading international and regional sustainability frameworks, including LEED Accredited Professional – Building Design and Construction (Green Business Certification Inc.), Envision Sustainability Professional (Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure), and Global Sustainability Assessment System (GSAS) Certified Green Professional (Gulf Organisation for Research and Development). Holding a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and currently pursuing an MBA in International Management, Ankush combines strong operational discipline with an evolving strategic and cross-border business perspective. His experience spans end-to-end project operations, regulatory interfacing, multi-agency coordination, and execution oversight—critical for delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs.

Ankush is known for his structured, methodical approach to operations and his ability to manage interfaces among clients, technical teams, regulators, and delivery partners. He has worked extensively with municipal authorities, regulatory bodies, environmental agencies, and industrial zones, enabling efficient navigation of permitting, approvals, and compliance processes across jurisdictions.

At Solara, Ankush oversees project mobilization, workflow coordination, logistics planning, and progress monitoring, working closely with sustainability, environmental, ESG, and technical teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution. He anticipates operational risks, resolves bottlenecks, and maintains delivery momentum.
